Rental of the Villa in its entirety in July and August.

Outside this period, possibility to rent

2 bedrooms of the Villa.

fully equipped American kitchen, dishwasher, American refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, special T machine.

bedroom 1: 180 bed with bathroom (shower, bath, double sinks), wc, hair dryer, dressing room and LCD TV.

Terrace: plancha, garden furniture, sunbathing, parasols.

Ground floor: Entrance hall, 

Bedroom 2: 1 bed 160 cm, shower room (shower, washbasin), wc, hair dryer, dressing room and LCD TV.

Bedroom 3: 1 160cm bed (can make 2 separate 80cm beds) shower room (shower, washbasin), wc, hair dryer, dressing room and LCD TV.

Patio, equipped summer kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, induction hob, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker), office.

Private outdoor infinity pool 4 x 9 m.

Indoor swimming pool 4 x 7 m, swimming against the current, hammam.

Possibility of breakfast:

12 € per person notify the day before until 6 p.m.

Minimum booking 1 week.

Cleaning fee for the Villa: 300 € in addition.

Season: price per night (1 week minimum).

Rental conditions: arrival from 4 p.m. Departure before 10 a.m.
To be paid on site: deposit of €3,000 in cash or cheque.
Price includes: water, electricity, cleaning, tourist tax.
Deposit: 30% on booking. The balance to be paid one month before arrival.

In the Residence Terre et Mer, there is the Villa, 6 apartments and 3 studios. Possibility of independent rental.

The villa is located in the golf course of Pinarello, 600 m from the small wild beach of Vardiola, about 3.5 km from the village of Sainte Lucie de Porto Vecchio with all its shops (tobacconist/press, pharmacy, bakeries, butcher, supermarket, gas station, fishmonger).

Close to the famous beaches of: Pinarello, St Cyprien, Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, Rondinara...
