Sleeping: 1 bed 160cm, bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, plancha.

Equipment: reversible air conditioning, TV, built-in cupboard in the bedroom. Hair dryer.

Free WIFI.

Hair dryer. Ironing board and iron.

No smoking: an ashtray is available on the terrace.

Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, pool towels, bath mats, tea towels).

The bed is made upon your arrival.

Each week change of sheets.

Possibility of cleaning during your stay.

Possibility of breakfast:

12 € per person notify the day before until 6 p.m.

Cleaning fee / sheets / towels / pool towel: €45

Entry and exit on the day you want

(minimum 3 days).

Travelers have access to the residence's private heated 25° swimming pool, pétanque court.

Free tennis for tenants by reservation.

Loan of rackets and balls: €10 per hour.

Please park your vehicle in the garage. 

Animals not accepted.

The swimming pool is nearby, for safety, the residence is not suitable for children between 2 and 7 years old.

Season: price per night (3 nights minimum) for 2 people.

Rental conditions: arrival from 5 p.m. Departure before 10 a.m.
To be paid on site: deposit of €400 in cash or cheque.
Price includes: water, electricity, cleaning, tourist tax.
Deposit: 30% on booking. The balance to be paid one month before arrival.
