Apartment on 2 levels with garage. Contemporary decoration. Direct access to the shared swimming pool heated to 25°. Capacity 2 people + 2 additional people (sofa bed in the living room).  

Bedding: 1st floor bedroom: 1 bed 160 cm.

2 additional people: living room: 1 sofa bed 160cm

Ground floor: Living room, American kitchen, bathroom including a shower, a toilet, a washbasin, private terrace of 16 m² with garden furniture and plancha.

Garage: shower, sink, table and iron.

1st: Bedroom with fitted cupboard (wardrobe), entrance hall, bathroom including a shower, a toilet, a washbasin, a private terrace of 30 m² equipped with deckchairs and small garden furniture.  

Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, pool towels, bath mats, tea towels)

The beds are made upon your arrival.

Linen change every week .

Possibility of cleaning during your stay.

Possibility of breakfast:

12 € per person notify the day before until 6 p.m.

Entry and exit on the day you want

(minimum 3 days)

Equipment: reversible air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave grill, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine, dryer, 2 LCD TVs, fitted cupboard in bedroom. Hair dryer.

Ashtrays are available on the terraces.

Travelers have access to the residence's private heated 25° swimming pool, pétanque court.

Free tennis for tenants by reservation.

Loan of rackets and balls: €10 per hour.

Please park your vehicle in the garage. 

Animals not accepted.

The swimming pool is nearby, for safety, the residence is not suitable for children between 2 and 7 years old.

Season  : price per night (3 nights minimum) for 2 people.

12 € per night per additional person

Rental conditions: arrival from 5 p.m. Departure before 10 a.m.
To be paid on site: deposit of €500 in cash or cheque.
Price includes: water, electricity, cleaning, tourist tax.
Deposit: 30% on booking. The balance to be paid one month before arrival.
